The USB dock is available for the following lens mounts: Sigma, Sony, Canon, Pentax and Nikon. The Sports lenses (150-600mm F5-6.3 DG OS HSM "S" and 120-300mm F2.8 DG OS HSM), along with the 150-600mm F5-6.3 DG OS HSM "C", allow modification of AF speed, Stabilization and focus limit settings to be changed and stored as custion options which can be selected by a switch on the lens. Some lenses allow the speed of manual focus (i.e the amount of rotation needed for a given change in focus) to be adjusted. For zoom lenses focus can be adjusted for 4 distances at each of 4 different focal lengths. For single focal length lenses focus can be adjusted at 4 focus distances. All lenses allow firmware updates and front/back focus correction. Using the software supplied with the lens, the lens firmware can be updated and various lens parameters can be set. The Sigma USB dock is a device which attaches to the lens mount of certain Sigma lens and connects to a USB port on a computer to allow programming (PC or MAC) of the lens.
